The BSM Planning Team successfully operates in both the private and public sectors in development planning, masterplanning, site strategies and assessment. We project manage the developments through to planning delivery.

Our environmental team leads the industry in providing expert advice on EIAR, LVIA, SEA, AA and other complex environmental subjects. We guide our clients through the planning process, from project inception to completion.‍

Our Urban Design projects include integrated City scale strategies, Masterplans, regeneration strategies for towns and villages, and for streets and spaces

BSM provides comprehensive and robust ecology services to all sectors. We undertake ecological surveys and prepare EcIAs for projects at all scales. We also advise clients on how best adapt to their organisation to rapidly evolving policies.

Visual communication is a key part of how we work, providing clear visuals of projects from concept design through to planning. Visualisations including AVRs, CGIs etc. are used to clearly communicate design proposals.
